Step 1. Complete our Conciliator Form
- Complete our Conciliator Form here. This will help us access the type of property you have.
Step 2. Expect Contact
- Within 24 hours of submitting your Conciliator Form, we will call you to discuss your options.
- We will also schedule a property visit to view your property in person.
Step 3. Conduct the Visit
- We will provide you with a seller disclosure form that the property owner has to complete.
- We will also take photos of the property and look for things that might affect the value of the property (We still prefer the property as-is).
- We will give you an offer.
- Once we are set on a price, the property owner will sign a Purchase and Sale Agreement.
Step 4. Finding a Buyer
- We will connect you with a cash buyer within 30 days or less.
- We will show the property to any potential buyers so they can do their own viewing and inspections.
Step 5. Closing
- If the buyer likes the property and accepts your offer, they will sign the other half of the Purchase and Sale Agreement.
- We will then send the contracts to our legal partners.
- You will get paid at closing by either a wire transfer or a check, your choice.
